Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Please note that slight color variations due to lighting differences in photos and displays are not considered defects. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@indopython.store or +6282340932739 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if it is defective or damaged. We will provide further instructions, including a return authorization number (if applicable).
3. Return Shipping Costs
For items eligible for return, we cover return shipping costs if the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without it.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us at admin@indopython.store or +6282340932739 to arrange the exchange and verify availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products showing signs of use
- Items returned due to a change of mind
- Slight colour variations due to lighting or display differences
- Custom products
- Final sale items
